Both our regular and non-profit (Box.org) plans offer the same features—the only difference lies in the pricing. The specific features and limitations you have access to depend on the plan you’re subscribed to.
For the Starter plan, the limit is 10 docs for e-sign per user per month. For Business plans and above, the e-sign is unlimited.
If you're no longer able to request or sign documents, it's likely that your account has reached its monthly usage limit. Since the limit applies per user, you may consider adding users to your Box account, allowing them to continue accessing the e-sign feature.
Note: The number of users should align with the number of seats/licenses on your account to avoid user overage.
