Could you please confirm whether you own the files or if they are owned by someone you’re collaborating with? If it’s the latter, we recommend reaching out to the content owner to have them check their account status, shared link settings, and collaborator permission levels.
If these files were uploaded to your ‘own’ account and you haven’t made any recent changes to the settings, I suggest trying the following troubleshooting steps, which often resolve common access issues:
Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
Try accessing Box using a different browser, computer, or network.
Temporarily disable any internet security or firewall programs to check for potential conflicts with Box. (Note: You may need assistance from your organization’s IT department or helpdesk for this.)
Temporarily disable any browser plugins or extensions.

Yes indeed i am owner of the files.
It did not resolve the problem.
I am a teacher and I use Box to exchange learning material with my students. They cannot acces any files anymore either. Pretty annoying during this exam period.
And … all of a sudden acces is granted again :-)
