It is quite time-consuming for our team to manually check the “By checking this box you:” checkbox and click the “Accept & Continue” button for every document that requires a Box Signature within our organization. Would it be possible to integrate this agreement into the “Sign & Finish” button?

 

As seen below Adobe Acrobat Sign does not have these additional mouse clicks -- when the user clicks “Submit” you are agreeing to the disclosures.

At present, Box Sign is designed in such a way that for each signature request you receive, you’ll need to tick the box and accept the terms before signing, declining, downloading, or forwarding the document. This step is essential to confirm the signer's agreement with the terms and conditions of the document.


I highly recommend submitting this idea as a feature request on Box Pulse or upvoting the relevant request: Accept Box Sign Terms of Service Disclosure Once instead of every time. Our Product Team reviews these suggestions, and your feedback would be very valuable for future considerations.
