Unable to upload files

New to Box APIs - evaluating Box CLI + others to get token must use JWT auth

Current process: use the Box SDK in python (utilizing JWT - JWT is non negotiable no oath) to get token to move box files securely from source to target using third party software. JWT I have access and permission to JWT config.json file for server to server enterprise level permissions. Issue - the python is on a on prem linux server which I must decommission. Options: CLI using Box CLI on my local drive I am able to call box tokens:get and get token. Where do I install CLI for network access? Also how does CLI handle paths to file that is protected? Powershell - the third party software I use has a powershell option for custom scripting - any suggestions on using this method to get token using JWT auth? Other suggestions - Thanks

signing files

hi there, i was sent a shared file of documents to sign. however, for two documents, i can open them to read the docs, but when i try to sign them it says there was a problem and to try and reload the page, only it never reloads. help! thanks.

Office won't open

Hello,  when i'm trying to open any document via the box app, it starts downloading the file. After downloading it goes back to the box app instead of the office 365 app.  when i open the file via the office 365 app -> other clouds. the file opens correctly, but won't save automaticly.  what can I do to solve this?

Please remove the annual charge selection, and charge the monthly amount. All I wanted was to do a single monthly payment!!! Why do you make this change so hard to fix?   Ken

Box error popups are frequently output.

Suddenly an error is output.Installing Box Tooks did not solve the problem.And I cannot open desktop applications from my web browser.The "Open with Desktop Application" is grayed out and cannot be clicked.I would like to know how to solve this problem. ＜Error Message＞ Invalid application/installer identified One or more libraries used by Box Tools has been identified as not valid.reinstall Box Tools to continue accessing files on Box from your desktop applications.Contact your IT admin if this issue persists.

Box Storage says full but I've deleted enough files

I deleted many files and removed my access to folders that took most of the storage space. I am still seeing my storage as full. Can you please re-count the size of my account storage asap? I am using this Box account for a few critical services. Please help asap!

Frustrated by Box Drive & poor contact information

Every two days I am having to remove Box Drive and reinstall. This is terrible. Here it is 10 pm at night and I should not be dealing with this. Then you go to submit a help ticket and that's a true goat rodeo. We are testing Box as a permanent replacement for Dropbox. So not good

Not able to get access token with OAuth 2.0 with Client Credentials Grant (Server Authentication)

I have created custom app with OAuth 2.0 with Client Credentials Grant option and when i am trying to hit api to get access token i got "Grant credentials are invalid" Error. Currently I am using developer free account. Also I have checked my creds. Request: Data Storage Reset

Hello, my box account is showing that I've used 37gb of my 50 gb of storage although I've deleted everything in it, and I even deleted the items in the trash. I've also waited a few days in case it takes a while for things to reset on their own. Could you please do a storage reset for me? Thank you.

Storage Bug

I totaled the size of all of my items in my Box drive, and it is less than 50% of the total allotted and yet the system says I have exceeded my storage space. I noticed this bug has been going on for a while and with many users. A) Can someone at Box fix this issue with this script that has been used? B) It's both surprising and concerning that this issue hasn't been resolved and has to be patched top-side. Is this not a priority for the devs/engineers?

Blocked for No Reason - Fix needed ASAP

Hi,I'm blocked from Box and I don't know why.   Routinely checking links sent out with music to my team and when I just typed in the url. It came up with this   I need this fixed ASAPCan't even email anyone because i'm not a "business" account.
