Paid for Box subscription but it says I have a free plan

I paid for a subscription to Box.com because I need to be able to add Collaborators, but when I click on Upgrade, it incorrectly says my current plan is a Free Box Individual plan.

It seems that you are currently subscribed to a free individual account. If you would like to upgrade your plan you may check this link for more information: https://www.box.com/pricing/individual.

Hello - I paid $486 for a Business Plus account in February of this year and have supporting documentation. How can I access the features in my plan if it says I have a free individual account? Would it be possible to open a ticket on this issue so that someone can help me resolve it?
