Upon review, your email address is already associated with an Individual Free account, and that your Box account is not registered to a Developer account.
To resolve this, please sign up for a Developer account using a different email address through this link. Once there, you’ll see a large "Sign Up" button in the header to begin the process. Alternatively, you may visit the Developer Sign Up Page directly.
