Hi I would like to change admin for box, our current employee departed and we are not able to reset the email for that employee.

Hello, I want to change a manager of Box. Because a current employee retired, I cannot reset the email of the employee.

Good Morning - I would also like to change the admin on my account. Would you be able to open a ticket for abe@managemypractice.com?


I too need an answer. I was told in past we have to get IT to let us log into his email and then reset the Admin’s password that is not an option so we haven’t had an admin for over a year.
