Unable to access all files from our client

Hi team, 

 

I have an issue where I can not access all files uploaded by our client, I only see the ones I have uploaded before. 

Please check the screenshot provide below.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

I was unable to locate the collaborated file within your folder structure. Kindly contact the owner of the folder to have your collaborator access removed and then re-invited, which should restore your access to the file.
