Unable to upload files to Box

As an admin I yesterday upgraded my account with the Starter package when receiving a message that my storage limit had been reached .  I have received a paid-in-full invoice for that.  However I am still not able to add a file to my account, even though it shows that I’ve only used 480mb of the 100gb allocated to my account.

I understand that you are unable to upload files to Box. Upon checking you are currently subscribed to Starter plan and your current storage is 480.0 MB of 100.0 GB. 

 Could you please try the following preliminary troubleshooting steps:
