1) Security standpoint - Please advise how we find out if we can identify if files/documents include personal identifiable identifiable information (PII) and/or personal health information (PHI).
2) Data rooms in accounts - Are we able to see these on user accounts when shared with another user? When auditing user accounts that have no files and not signed in for over 6 months, how do we identify they have access to data rooms with files/documents they have access to review?
