Error saving to Box from desktop - empty file I connected my box account to my microsoft word desktop so that I could save a file started on my desktop directly to the Box folder. When I closed out of the desktop file after saving to Box, I tried to open the file in Box and it wouldn't display. I tried to open the file on my desktop and got the following error messages. The file is empty when I try to open it on Microsoft cloud from Box, and I cannot locate the original content anywhere. I'm stressed because I captured important meeting notes that I can't remember now, and would really like to locate the original file. I see there's a 'date created' that's actually AFTER the 'date modified' on the file, which makes me suspect maybe the original file really is somewhere on box, but I can't access "previous versions" because I'm not on a paid account, and I don't really want to spend $14 just to uncover that the first version is also blank....
