I would like to share materials used in a project for a certain government agency with Box@IBM, keeping them in Japan. Perhaps this is a feature of Box Zones, but is it possible to use it with Box@IBM?

My box folder does not sync new files and I get a message that my quota is exceeded. In my account, it says that I've used all my box space (50gb). However my synced box folder is only 32gb. How can I fix this? Thank you!

Business Plus customer. We seeded Box a few years ago with FTP uploads from an old file server. That Windows file server did not have and could not have had duplicate folders present. However, we're seeing them now on Box, on content clearly from that seed. The problem we're experiencing is that we're trying to back-up our Box content once a quarter via FTP downloads to local storage (FileZilla). I'm performing folder syncs to capture new content and remove local content no longer present on Box. It was chugging along just fine, until FileZilla says it cannot continue because it cannot create duplicate folder names locally. Upon investigation, every time this error comes up, sure enough there are duplicate folders on Box, with one of them often 0k in size. Everything comes to a halt while I navigate to the area in question and delete or rename the duplicate folder. Then, in Filezilla, I have to disconnect and reconnect the FTP session in order for a directory refresh to happen (it won'

I need to be able to provide a fillable form in BOX for completion to third parties, and then be able to have them share their completed form back to me.  I do not have BOX Relay installed on my system.  What is the best way to do this?  Please advise.  Thank you.  Lesley Melin

Hello, I would like to know if there is a possibility of setting up a backup system for all of my Box content as exists for example with the Active Backup for Microsoft 365 solution which allows you to save all of the data of a moving towards outsourced storage. Hi.  I had a student PennBox account with an email address that has since been discontinued.  I also have a PennBox account for my current job.  For some reason I can not log out of my student account to log into my professional account.  I log off and close the window but when I try to log in with my professional email address the log in step is skipped and I'm automatically signed in again under my student account.  I've tried numerous times without success.  So then I decided to try and link the two account by adding my professional address.  This will not work.  I get an error message, likely because an account under that name already occurs.  I've searched for about an hour to find a solution or someone to contact but I'm wasting so much time.  I swear technology seems to make more and more things harder most of the time.  Anyone have any suggestions for me?

It shows 30 GB used, while I accounted for less then 10 GB.

My 2FA (using Google Authenticator) is working well on the app on my android phone.  In WIndows I am not prompted for the authenticator code before being able to access files.   thanks

Hi everyone, I have just got a couple of test licenses for Microsoft 365 copilot that integrates with the Office apps. Our entire data library is in Box, not SharePoint. However it appears that Copilot will only pull files saved in the Microsoft cloud (SharePoint / OneDrive) as opposed to others. I see Box announced an integration (link below) but I couldn't find out what to do to make it work. Has anyone tried?
