My Box Drive Size (Capacity) is not correct. I already delete all files and folders in Box Drive but still 31GB use of 50GB (It should be 0GB used). Please support me to fix. Thanks

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
