I cannot upload files, probably due to having reached my quota, though I do not get any error message, uploading simply fails.


To make space available I then try to delete a folder, but then I keep getting the message that "There was a problem completing your request. Please try again." And I am the owner of the folder. I cannot even delete any files in the folder, I get the same "There was a problem..."


What am I to do? I need to make some space to be able to upload new stuff.
