My colleague has been on leave for a while, but when he returned recently and tried to log in to Box, he received a message that a verification code had been sent. However, the verification code has not arrived in his email. Because of this, he is unable to log in and is unable to contact support, so I am asking the question on his behalf. While he was on leave, his email address was also dormant, so I wonder if that is the cause. Please tell me how to contact support.

Hello. I am an administrator of my box account. I can share files with an external user I have a message saying “The invitations could not be sent to the following people, because external collaboration is limited either by your company or by their company: xxxx@gmail.com"I have tried with several email addresses and it only works with adresses with our own domain name. Where could I configure this? Thanks in advance. Olivier 

I would like to create a workflow that when a file is uploaded into the folder it generates an approval task, and during the execution of the workflow to be able to select the approver. I was trying to define a workflow as such, but the Approver field is required during the design of the workflow and I would need to select the approvers dynamically. Please advise how it can be done. Thanks!

I am not able to access my account invites without upgrading. Why is that? I am also not able to access shared folders. Please advise.

All of a sudden -- I cannot preview or see my Box excel files on my laptop.  They work fine on my desktop and phone.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  I have worked with Box technical support and gotten no where.

Hello,   Some of our users are seeing below error when we try to display Box Folder inside Salesforce.   Box Explorer Error: Invalid DWA Request: The requested user cannot be found or does not have domain wide auth enabled   It looks like some permission issue, but can we please identify what is the root cause and how to resolve this?

Я давно пользуюсь услугами Box.com и хотелось бы уточнить один важный момент: если я временно перестану активно пользоваться аккаунтом (например, на несколько месяцев), через какой срок мои файлы или сам аккаунт могут быть удалены за не активность?  Интересует хотя бы приблизительный ориентир: это 1 месяц, 2-3 месяца или больше? В официальной документации я не нашёл точных сроков, а для планирования хранения данных эта информация важна.   Заранее благодарен за разъяснение!

Im Rahmen der Evaluation von Box.com möchten wir wissen, was der korrekte Setup (User, Berechtigungsstruktur etc.) ist für folgendes Bedürfnis:Facility-Firmen liefern ihre Dokumente (Rechnungs-PDF) automatisch über eine Schnittstelle in Box.com ein Wir haben eine zentrale Box.com Instanz für all diese Dokumente Unsere Mitarbeiter sind für “Regionen” zuständig und sollen jeweils nur die Dokumente sehen, die für ihre Region eingeliefert wurden Die Partner (Facility-Firmen) sollen im Notfall ihre Rechnungen auch in Box.com sehen können (lesend)Folgende Struktur/Architektur haben wir uns überlegt:Box.com Business Plus Plan um die Partner als “Externe User” auf eine klar definierte Folderstruktur lesend zu berechtigen 1 Managed User als Admin für die ganze Berechtigungsstruktur/

hello I am getting the error massage when I am trying to re-install the Box driver so I can log into my new account but I get this message.  The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. Please help I need to get this working

Another user who cannot access their account due to 2FA. I can’t set it up as I can’t access my account settings without being logged in.

Trying to add a user to a sandbox and it's stating that ‘User belongs to another enterprise’.  I checked out main account and it doesn't exist in there so no idea what enterprise it could be a part of.  Any ideas on how to track down where it exists?

As the Owner, I need to remove a Co-Owner who the company no longer employs.

I have been using box and all the file I have recievd I can open and edit using Miscrosoft Excel online or powerpoint online if a powerpoint file.  However I have just recieved a file which only lets me open and edit with Google sheets.  I have checked all the other files and I can still open with Excel online, so its just this one file.  

For some reason this is the only way to submit a support ticket?Anyway, I have multiple accounts (firstname.lastname@gmail and firstnamelastname@gmail). I don’t have the mfa/authenticator access for one of the accounts and I would like to close it. 

Hi there, I sent out a document and the email bounced.  We successfully sent a Box Sign to the same email about 60 days ago and know it is indeed a valid email.  Is it possible to please obtain some assistance?  I appreciate you so much!

Hi,   Just finished setting up SSO and not I get this error every time I try to sign in using the SSO Test mode.   Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, is this the normal support channel? No chat/phone number?  

I executed Box Drive updated recently when I saw the popup for the update, didn’t noticed any abnormal at that time,  when I was looking for really important company tax return files today, I noticed that all files were gone from that folder. I didn’t delete them and they are nowhere to found even with the file recover software, since these software can’t recover the files from Box sync folder on the local computer.Can Box support please look into the issue to see why the file got lost? I am pretty sure that I didn’t delete them.Thanks!

I’ve invited a new user to my Box organization but every time they click the link in the invite email to create their account, the website crashes and they’re unable to proceed. They’ve tried it on multiple browsers and devices. Is there a known issue or is anyone else running into this?

Would you happen to know why our JCB Purchasing Card is not being accepted by the Box payment system?
