Box file list changed to something obscure

To get more context of the issue you reported, we have a few questions for you: 

• How did these files get uploaded in the Box Web-App, or do you have any idea if it was uploaded through your local Box folder (Box Drive)?
• Did you upload them yourself, or it was uploaded on a shared folder by a collaborator? 
• What was the actual file name when they were uploaded?
• What is the file extension?
