Hi,
I deleted couple of large folders (about 10 gb), which were moved to trash. When I am trying to delete the folders from trash it is giving me the error “We could not perform this action because the designated folder is locked by another operation.”. It has been almost 1 hour since the folders were deleted to trash. What is the resolution for this?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re going to assist in permanently deleting your folders!
Looks like the deletion was relatively new and the message you received is signaling that the deletion is still in progress. Once the folder has been fully deleted, then you can go back to your trash and permanently delete the folder.
