Hi team,

My work group is on an Enterprise plan but several members are receiving “Account storage limit reached” error messages when trying to upload files. Any ideas how to fix this?

Have your Box admin check the storage settings:

Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → User Settings → “Storage allocation (GB)”

It was set to 10GB but I made it unlimited. A member is still getting the error message.

I just tried to upload a single PDF and was given the “Account storage limit reached” error message.

You will probably also need to update it for users who already have a quota:

Admin Console → Users & Groups → Select user → Click the “Edit” button next to “User Details” → Update the “Storage Used/Allocated (GB)” section

If you have to change a bunch of users, you can use “Bulk Edit”.

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue, but in my case I have unlimited storage. I’ve updated all users on the platform to have unlimited storage, but I still keep getting the storage error message. I’ve only uploaded 7 GB, which is already below the original limit, and my account has always been set to unlimited. I’m not sure what the issue is.
