Need to link an email address but getting error

I am trying to link a different email address so that I can make it the primary. However, I get an error message saying there was an error wile trying to add [removed by moderator] to your account. It doesn't matter what email address I try to use, it gives the same error.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help in updating your primary email address. 

 

Upon review, Single Sign On (SSO) is currently implemented in your enterprise account. To update your primary email address, kindly reach out to your Box Admin.
