It appears that a user somehow deleted files exactly one month ago. I do not see any of those files in our Trash, and I am concerned that they may already be permanently deleted. How do I restore these ASAP? Please help! Thank you!

Help Retrieving deleted Files

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll assist in retrieving your deleted files!
As per your enterprise’s trash setting, the deleted files owned by your enterprise will be deleted from trash after 30 days. And once deleted from trash, you only have 14-day grace period to recover this in the backend.
