When i upgrade my plan from invidual to the Starter plan, it has error as above

When i upgrade my plan from invidual to the Starter plan, it has error as above 

("An error occurred during the request processing. Further authentication is required for your account. Please submit a ticket at support.box.com.")


hi there

I am experiencing issues upgrading my account from the Free plan to a paid plan. After entering all payment details, I receive a message saying unable to upgrade.

Additionally, I'm unable to send Box Sign signature requests (I receive a message that the feature is temporarily unavailable).

Could you please advise me how to fix these issues?

In addition, regarding your inability to create (Box) Sign requests, we’d like to inform you that individual free users created on June 26th onwards do not have this feature anymore.

Issue with upgrading: I have emailed to billing@box.com and still waiting for their reply. Do you have any idea what could be the potential causes that stops me to upgrading my account?

Sorry to hear about your issue. For the being, it’s best if you could wait ‘til you hear from our Billing team as they’re the ones who could help you most in regards to your Box upgrade.
