email verification expired in 5 seconds. Like many others

I'm the IT Administrator at my company and I'm reaching out on behalf of our owner. He recently updated his phone and the Authenticator info to access his Box account didn't migrate over with the rest of his data. Now he is unable to access Box, as he cannot receive the 2FA code. Can you please let us know how to go about restoring his ability to receive 2FA on his new phone? Thanks.

Hello members,I'm using a personal Box account(Free) and have observed the following issue regarding login session persistence in web browsers.(Issues)1.On PC(Windows10/11) using Chrome and Edge, after logging in to Box, closing the browser always logs me out,  everytime reopening, I'm required to login both my e-mail and password.2.On iPhone(Safari), the same behavior occurs.3.Other cloud services such as Dropbox and GDrive retain login sessions without issue.Browser cookie settings are default; adding box.com to “Always allow cookies” did not resolve the issue.Two-factor authentication, cache clearing, and reinstallation of the browser have no effect.Creating a new Box account also exhibits the same behavior.(My Questions)1. For personal (Free) Box accounts, is it intended behavior that logging out occurs everytime the browser is closed?2. If this is not the intended behavior, is there a known fix or workaround

Hi, I’ve been using 2FA for years with no issues.  I’ve moved and want to change the phone number where SMS are sent.  I removed 2FA (since there was nowhere to change the phone number directly), and when trying to re-add it, cannot.  When adding my new phone number, I successfully receive a OTP, but when I enter it, the system claims it is incorrect despite me receiving an email confirming 2FA has been enabled.  Same thing happens when I try to use my email to do 2FA.  So I’m now stuck not having 2FA turned on which is frustrating.  Any help? Thanks.

My box is showing I’ve used 0B of 10GB storage and yet it won’t let me upload. Why is it saying it’s full when it’s not? Is there a way to fix this?  

My admin console shows that I have 6 seats available, but the system won't let me add a new managed user. Please advise.

Do you allow multiple people to edit word, excel files? If so what is the process? Is there a Box support number or chat? 

Hi, I have been attempting to login into box through the desktop application. However, I keep getting placed in a loop where I have to continuously login and it never opens the desktop application.Any solutions will be helpful, thank you.

Hello. We have a new BOX environment and we have setup one specific account on our AD environment to manage it. This account has an E3 licence on it and I can send emails to it without issue. When I go to enterprise settings and try to setup MFA, I am not getting any emails to the account. I have used the “test email” function as well but still not getting emails. Looking through out logs on office 365 it would appear that these emails are not being sent by box themselves. Obviously we need them to setup MFA and managed domains etc.There are no spam filters etc in play here. Thanks a million Paul.

Good morning, I need to renew my certificate for SSO with Microsoft 365. Can this operation cause any adverse effects? For example, in the event of a problem during renewal, how can I reconnect to the administration console knowing that all my administrator accounts are in SSO? Are you aware of any special precautions to observe during this renewal? I thank you in advance for your feedback and any information you can share with me. I wish you a good day.​

Hey team, me again, some peers have been presented with this warning when working on some PSD files: Sometimes, when clicking “All Errors” and retrying the upload it works, but some peers are saying that, this warning pops up while working on a PSD files, and in every change they make on the file, the warning pops up again and kind of “blocks” the PSD. 

I am trying to access a folder I was invited to upload documents through the Morgan Stanley box extension but when I click on the link I get a message that “Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.”

If a user leaves your company and still has there mobile devices logged in, will they be able to delete files/folders still? How long does it take for their permissions to totally go away and mobile devices to be disabled after their email has been disabled?

Box Support 

I just created my Box account and accepted an invite to work in a folder, but I’m running into an issue. Every time I accept the invite through my email, it brings me to the All Files tab on my Box account with nothing in it. I can’t seem to get access to the folders I need at all despite having an invite. Anyone know how to resolve this?

I have box setup on several computers and I recently opened it up on a computer that hasn’t synced in a while and it looks like it overrode my latest files with what it had from 7 weeks ago. So now, I’ve lost some important information.This seems like a really nasty bug to me and I need help restoring my files.

I’m attempting to connect my Box account to my Jupyter Lab. However, when prompted to enter my login credentials, the system informs me that the client ID is not found. I believe the issue lies in my university login, which I am using to access Box. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, are there any workarounds available? 

When I try to upload data to BOX, it freezes and I get an error message saying "Upload not possible, please try again" (several people are experiencing the same issue).I'm still unable to upload even when I try again on a different day. I'm in the same situation, how do I solve it?

Hello!We are experiencing multiple issues with ThreatLocker inhibiting or interrupting use of Box Drive. We are working with our MSP looking and trying to configure it to work correctly but have had no luck as of yet. Does anyone have experience in implementing or using ThreatLocker while also using Box Drive? Thank you in advance!

Hello.We imported about 1000 users from our Azure environment however this was by error so all the users were deleted via cli tool.I created a group on AD with one user in it. The group itself synced however the user will not sync. I get the below error even though the user is not in our admin console under users and groups. I suspect that BOX is holding onto the user account in the backend but any idea how to resolve this so I can sync users again.Thanks a million.“Box returned an error response with the HTTP status code 409. This response indicates that a user or a group already exisits with the same name. This can be avoided by identifying and removing the conflicting user from Box via the Box administrative user interface, or removing the current user from the scope of provisioning either by removing their assignment to the Box application in Azure Active Directory or adding a scoping filter to exclude the user. This operation was retried 1 times.
