Hello, I am not getting the SMS alerts to authenticate my account.  Please advise who to contact to trouble shoot and correct.

Hello AJ, 

I am facing the same problem when attempting to login to Box Drive.  i am not getting the SMS text for authentication. 

can you please create a ticket for me as well.

I have the same issue. I have enabled SMS 2 factor authentication, but upon entry of my user name and password on the same PC as I have previously logged in from, I am not getting a two factor authentication prompt, the system is just going ahead and logging me in.

 

I checked under my user security settings and verified two factor authentication shows enabled.

 

Please advise
