I set up sync yesterday and everything has synced to my desktop except for the contents of one folder. I don't think it's a size issue as folders larger than this have synced. The folder has 4 subfolders and 3 of the 4 have synced just fine, but it's the 4th that I need and isn't showing up on my desktop. I've tried clicking the unsync button and resyncing and that hasn't worked either

Welcome to Box Community and thanks for your post I'd love to help!
Here are the ways to make sure that your Box folders are syncing properly:
- Check if all folders are fully synced, there are instances wherein selective sub-folders are only marked to sync. In this case, you can go ahead and unsync and resync the folder through the first level folder.
It would also be helpful if you can visit this Community page for a detailed steps and information on how to locally sync your files in Box.
- If all your folders are fully synced and still not syncing locally, kindly check the status of your Box Sync make sure that it's "synced" and should you encounter any syncing errors, your Box Sync application will display the exact message and please head on to the Community article Box Sync Troubleshooting Basics for the recommended steps.
Hope it helps! If it didn't help please let me know.
Thanks for your participation in the Community!
"Check if all folders are fully sinyced." No, that is the problem they are not.
I have the same issue here, one of my folders stopped synchronisation few weeks ago. I use macos and can in finder status ‘pending’ and ‘waiting to update’ for folders and files.
