Can't view or download PDF on desktop

Hello, trying to view or download the file at the following link to desktop:

 

https://www.box.com/s/twp1om4892xx0d03134f

 

After a few seconds I get an error stating that preview is not available. I click the Download button, but the download never starts. 

 

The only way I’ve been able to view this file is mobile, strangely enough...but it won’t let me download there, either.

 

Any suggestions on how I can get this file downloaded to my desktop?

Here are the most effective suggestions to get this file downloaded to your desktop:

  1. Try logging in to the Box website in another browser or use incognito/private window. 
  2. Make sure your browser is up to date. 
  3. Clear your cache and cookies.

  4. Sometimes local firewall, antivirus, or corporate VPN settings block file downloads from external sharing links. Try temporarily disconnecting from your VPN or checking your antivirus download blocks.

  5. With regards to your preview error, did you check if the PDF file itself is protected?
