Need to change ownership of box folder. Owner is not available. Do not know the box admin. Need help ASAP.
All files have been deleted, but the storage limit has not reset and it's still close to full. The storage counter has been off and not resetting fully for quite a while. Looks like, from past posts, it's something that can be reset on the back end to correct - please assist if possible. Thanks for the help!

Earlier today, I lost my files that I saved on my box via my PC. Could you restore them please? I have logged on my box account on the web, but my account is just empty, including the trash folder. I can’t find my documents anywhere. The files were disappearing (deleted) as though someone was deleting them from somewhere. Note, I do no share my account with anyone. This is so frustrating. Please help!
I would like to wipe my account and start over as most of the files are now outdated. I’ve found the following instructions, but they don’t work for me:Select the items you'd like to delete by pressing and holding the Shift or Command key and clicking next to each file/folder name. Press Shift to select everything between the first and last item. Press Command to select multiple items individually. Selected items are highlighted. When you have selected all items, scroll to the top of the file display and in the upper-right click the trash icon.When I follow steps 1 &2 the trash icon does not appear for me, all I can select are Email, Tag, Move or Copy, Download or Collections. Does anyone have suggestions? Is there a better way?

As an admin I yesterday upgraded my account with the Starter package when receiving a message that my storage limit had been reached . I have received a paid-in-full invoice for that. However I am still not able to add a file to my account, even though it shows that I’ve only used 480mb of the 100gb allocated to my account.

1) Security standpoint - Please advise how we find out if we can identify if files/documents include personal identifiable identifiable information (PII) and/or personal health information (PHI). 2) Data rooms in accounts - Are we able to see these on user accounts when shared with another user? When auditing user accounts that have no files and not signed in for over 6 months, how do we identify they have access to data rooms with files/documents they have access to review?

I frequently receive html files from developers or generate images/svgs to send to developers. But when I try to open them in Safari directly from my box drive, safari cannot open the files? maybe there is some privacy setting I didn't enable or something? But if the same files are on my local drive, not in box, they open fine. or I can open them directly from box drive in other browsers. just not in safari? I'd love to be able to open them directly from box within safari. is there any way to achieve this?
I created an account and subscribed to a free 1-week trial of the most basic premium account because I needed to upload a single file for an organization I am a part of. After completing that process I verified my email and attempted to login where I was told I did not have an account with the email input. This is the same email I just received the box verification for, so i was confused. I tried one more time to login using the same email verification link but there was an error. Then I just created a new account, this time on my computer, but I did not begin a free trial for any of the premium services. However when I attempted to research if I would still be charged for my old account, I ran into the terrible system that is Box. I was charged for 3 quantities of business licenses and that needs to be refunded. Never have I had such a terrible experience with a service like Box. I am trying to link a personal email address to my Box account.First, I tried to add an email address that is not registered with any Box account. Hello, I am trying to give access to some of our external files to a grant holder, however they are unable to access BOX. She can receive the shared links, however when she opens the links they only lead to a blank page that looks 80% loaded. I have tried getting her access other ways, however she is unable to get past the 80%. She was able to log in using a colleagues log in, but that has since started doing the same issue. I have looked everywhere for a phone number or a support email to be able to address this and cant find one anywhere.

I have a box account that I want to add an email address to. It previously had its own account that I deleted but when I try to add the old email, it says the old email has an existing account (I checked and the account is already closed). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
