I used an old email alias for my Box account. I have since changed email alias, and am being sent files to my new alias, but I can’t access these files because Box won’t let me sign up for a new account with the new alias - it is recognizing it as being attached to my old alias. I cannot delete my old alias as I need those files.
I need help in allowing my new alias to sign up for a new account so I can access files being shared with the new alias. Thank you.
