There is support for macOS Tahoe (macOS 26). Box released support for macOS Tahoe across all desktop products, including Box Drive, Box Tools, and Box Sync.
To resolve the installation error reporting that your system is running an old version of Box, you should completely uninstall your current version of Box Drive to remove any residual database files that might be causing conflicts, and then download and install the latest installer from the official Box downloads page.
