Restoring files on Box that were deleted in Box Drive

I accidentally deleted a file in Box Drive, but when I log onto the Box website, it doesn’t show anything in the trash. How do I restore the file?

    Welcome to Box Community, and we’re going to help restore your deleted file! 

     

    If a file has been deleted from your local Box folder, and it cannot be found in your trash using the Box webpage. This could mean that the file was not uploaded in the Box website. 

    Note that we can only guarantee recovery for file that has been uploaded and deleted through the Box website. 

    For us to further investigate, I’ll submit a support case and have a member from the Box Product Support team to contact you privately (through email).
