Invoice request for payment

how can I get a box invoice for payment made today

This post is for the Box Support team,

My company needs me to produce a proforma invoice /  a quotation in order to process a payment,

Can some one guide me on how i can get this, I need to have a quote for the monthly Subscription for 3 months.

For credit card payment, your invoice is automatically sent to the registered “Bill To” contact on the account. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a copy directly from our Billing team by emailing billing@box.com.

For future convenience, you can set up an invoice folder in your Box account. Once configured, all of your past and future invoices will be automatically saved there.

Please note that requesting a quote and paying by invoice is currently available only for contracted accounts. For accounts on a monthly subscription paid via credit card, we are unable to offer invoicing, so payments should continue to be made by card.

To review your account details and check your eligibility for invoicing, we recommend discussing this with our Billing team first. You can reach them by emailing billing@box.com.
