Hi,
I'm an IT solutions provider, and I made a mistake while setting up a Microsoft 365 tenant for one of my clients, who is a nonprofit.
I initially signed up for the tenant using my own Microsoft 365 account. After configuring Single Sign-On (SSO), I inadvertently lost access to the tenant.
I'm the one who paid for the subscription, and there are currently 10 users in the tenant. At this point, I'm unable to sign in to manage the environment, complete the setup, or administer the users.
Can you please help me regain administrative access to the account? I'd be happy to provide any information needed to verify ownership.
Thank you,
Marzio Padilla
