Hi
You can update the email address associated with your Box account by following these steps:

Log in to your Box account.

Click your avatar icon in the upper-right corner and select Account Settings.

Add a new email address that is not registered to any Box
-
Make the new email as the primary email address.
-
Finally, remove the old email address from your account.
