I am having the same issue, my Box Network drive and the Box Online files are not synching, even though it says it is synched.

I have a similar issue. Different users have different folders and documents in a folder that is shared together as editor. We had the same issue with accessing the same folder from home and from work with the same account registration.

The problem seems to be between what we can access through BOX Drive vs. BOX.com. We prefer using BOX drive for convenience, but we want it to keep sync with BOX.com.

I have the same issue - Box states “work completed”, but changes during the last couple of days are not reflected.

Box team: PLEASE find a way to keep box sync available and supported for those of us who find that box drive doesn’t work for what we need.  Many of use need all of our files stored on our computer to access at all times (even when internet is not available).  Cloud only storage just doesn’t work and 25GB is not adequate.
