Box Drive vs Box Sync - Syncing User Folders.

I want to sync my user desktop folder to box cloud. I have setup Box Sync to achieve this. After switching to Box Drive, I was not able to do this becasue the Box Drive removes the directory in C:\Users\%username%\Box as soon as Box Drive is closed. Is there any other method to sync my desktop folder to the cloud using Box Drive?

I am having the same issue, my Box Network drive and the Box Online files are not synching, even though it says it is synched.

Hello,

I have a similar issue. Different users have different folders and documents in a folder that is shared together as editor. We had the same issue with accessing the same folder from home and from work with the same account registration.

The problem seems to be between what we can access through BOX Drive vs. BOX.com. We prefer using BOX drive for convenience, but we want it to keep sync with BOX.com.

I have the same issue - Box states “work completed”, but changes during the last couple of days are not reflected.
