Good morning or day or night!I had an account in Box but after having to change my iPhone, but my phone number is the same one, i cannot access my account as i cannot access to the 6-digit code. Is there any way that you could help me with this?I’m writing from a new account as i cannot log-in with my other account.Could you, please, let me know how to proceed as i would not like to publish my other email in the Box Community.Best,JuanPS. Where can I find my signed documents that I signed them before I created my account. I signed these documents with the same email address as my account but where can I find them?

Hi, I am unable to verify my email.  I get the email to my inbox but every time I click the link, I receive this message: I click the link immediately when I receive it.  I shouldn't get this error unless something else is happening.   Thank you, Devin  

Is there a Box reason that one file may appear with a different file type when viewed in Box on an iPhone versus a MacBook? I store my FileMaker Pro files on Box. When I look at the file on my MacBook, the suffix is *.fm19. When I look at the same file on my iPhone, the suffix is *fm19.fm12. Note that I originally had version 12 of FileMaker and later upgraded to version 19. I also submitted this question to Claris Support for FileMaker.

Hi there,when opening a specific pptx file in the online version of Powerpoint through box, parts of the font are very cryptic and not readable at all. On the box overview page, the file is however previewed correctly. This issue only applies to this one file.I already tried reloading the page, opening & closing both box and the file.Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hi!I’ve been using Box for a while, and I’d like to know if there’s any way to configure and don't upload certain types of files.For example, having something like (.gitignore) could do the work (even per directory and/or subdirectories as well).Why this feature? Well, there are many reasons for it, but for example, many applications generate files that are “intermediate” or “non-final” (or even final; we as users don’t want to upload them). One example could be all the compilation files that an IDE generates, or any temporary file that we don’t need on other computers.Best,

Every single time I try to run and install BOX Drive, I receive a popup error message saying, "An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {22D75DAD-658C-3109-91F7-4CB1A0729109}. HRESULT: 0x80070422.

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with the Box Cloud app. Whenever I try to generate backup codes for my account, I get an error message. I’ve tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and even using a different device, but the problem persists. Is this a known issue, or is there any fix for this? I need the backup codes urgently for account security. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

My colleague is not able to add me as a user because my "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise."  We need to add me to our organization account with my work email.

Hello,my box account says I’m out of storage.I have deleted a bunch of stuff and emptied the trash but the storage calculation doesn’t change. This was 12 hours ago (yesterday) and it’s still like this today, so I am stuck and cannot upload anything. I’ve also tried to upgrade to a plan with more storage and it says there is an error in one of the fields (even thought they are all filled out correctly) so it seems I have nowhere else to go.Can somebody please help with this urgently? Thank you

This was a problem we had perviously and Box reversed whatever change they made. We need to copy and paste regularly from a document we are previewing on Box to another system without havig to open the document in the programme which created it. We have always been able to do this and it is absolutely necessary for us to work efficiently.

Hello,A folder went missing for all users, one of the admins can still access it through file explorer. Please advise how to reinstall to box.com

Is there a way to share a direct link to a .pdf file that opens in the browser rather than forcing a download? Right now box.com forces the viewer of the direct link to download the file. We need to share .pdf files with anchor tags in the url that open the pdf file to the correct page or section like this: <A HREF="http://www.example.com/myfile.pdf#page=4"> <A HREF="http://www.example.com/myfile.pdf#glossary"> Since box.com forces a download the #page=4 is lost and it downloads the pdf to the user's computer. We are going to have to start a wordpress website just so we can share pdf files with anchor tags in the url because none of the file sharing services address this unmet need. Please let me know if there is a trick I don't know about to enable this.

Hello Group!My company recently made the decision to not renew our enterprise agreement with Box. We advised our employees that needed to continue collaborating with other organizations that had Box to create their own personal Box accounts. The admins at my company recently received an email from Box that we have hundreds of unmanaged Box accounts, and we found this surprising since we didn’t have a contract with Box any longer. Our thoughts are that the personal Box accounts from some of our employees are using our company email domain, and that’s what generated the email from Box about the unmanaged accounts.Is it possible to get a list of the users that have personal Box accounts that are using our company email domain?

Recently, I haven’t been able to export Box Notes to PDF properly. Even though the content should span multiple pages, the exported PDF looks as if it only has one page, and it also shows a strange blank margin on the right side. What should I do to fix this?

I have weeks trying any communication with support! They only send me an automatic email asking me some questions, i answers it and They never answers anymore! Need help. I need my files! It is another account because i cant logging into my previously account with the problem and so i cant write in this forum!!!!!!!!!

I received an error message from Box Sign yesterday saying there was a problem with one of the 21CFR signatures in some documents I sent out. When I looked into it, one signature had not been captured and the documents were missing the signature altogether.I am now trying to send the same documents outs for new signature and box is not letting me. The document is set up and ready to be sent but when I click the send request button nothing happens. I see the progress symbol come up on the screen, and quickly disappear but the document is not sent.

I find the Box support a tedious and tiring experience...You can’t get hold of them for help!Hopefully I can get help here...A folder that has all my saved work and archive has suddenly gone missing. Where has it gone and how can I get it back? 

Would like to know whether we can create the restrictions through email

We have box folders shared with clients. On the desktop app, I can only see when a file was created or modified (i.e. when they created the document on their computer). I would like to be able to see the date uploaded to box like I can on the web app. Is this possible?

Hi. I know my current password, but Box ask to change it because it expired. But I don’t have access to my e-mail. Is it possible to do something? For example don’t change current password (that I know).My account is <personal information redacted>PS. I have a lot of screenshots, where I logged in my account from old Ipad’s, that are no longer sync.
