I have not logged on in a couple of months and all my files are gone.  My account says it has expired yet I never received a note from box warning me of this. 

Please help.  Years of work and personal files were on my account.

Lost all files. They were all there a week ago. I did not delete any of them. I searched trash and there is nothing there.
