I did not receive the confirmation email for the account

I tried to create a new personal account with a new email and it appears the typical

We’ve Sent You a Confirmation Email

To login to your account you’ll need to verify your email: [removed by moderator] . The verification link will expire in 15 minutes.”

But i get nothing. I've tried everything and nothing. I’m completely stuck in here and can’t understand why; please help!

Welcome to Box Community, and we will help ensure the completion of your account setup. 

 

Being able to successfully confirm your email is an essential part of your account creation. And if you’re reporting that your confirmation email didn’t arrive with the confirmation link, please proceed to the password reset route

 

With password reset, you’d get to receive a new link and finally setup the password for your Box account. 

To reset the password for your Box account, follow this process:

  1. Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.
  2. Check your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
  • If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.
  • Also, check your spam folder in your email client for this email.
