I would like to upgrade my Box account, but I am unable to do so. The following message appears:"An error occurred while processing your request.Additional authentication is required for your account.Please submit a ticket at support.box.com."

I have a box account that I want to add an email address to. It previously had its own account that I deleted but when I try to add the old email, it says the old email has an existing account (I checked and the account is already closed). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When I create a Word document, I want to save it.  My libraries listed are Google Drive, which I abhor, Downloads, One Drive, and Google Drive Stream. I want to see Box listed there.  I cannot seem to find a Box app to download, although I have seen Box Sync, which I read is outdated; I have seen Box for Office, I have seen Box Tools. I use Box as an integration with legal software CLIO. Help, I just want to get all my documents organized.   Keith Liberman

Hello! My Box account indicates that the capacity is full, but it is not and the synchronizing has stopped. Is there a solution to fix this frequently reported Box problem? Thank you in advance.

Windows 11. Box Drive stopped working with no error messages. Tried to uninstall program at Control Panel but error message claims that it can't locate installation file "Box.2.49.257.msi.” Search of C: drive cannot find file. Tried to reinstall Box Drive but received same error message. How do I completely remove and reinstall Box Drive under these circumstances?

Hi. When I try to log in to Box, it tells me my password has expired and I need to reset it. I clicked the link sent to my email to reset, successfully changed it, but then it takes me right back to the reset password screen and will not allow me to log in using the new password. This has happened multiple times. I’ve also tried going back to the home page and clicking log in again, but it takes me back to the reset password screen. Can you please assist?

I am the Admin on my company’s box account. My members regularly share folders externally. Suddenly we are getting a message that says “Invitations could not be sent … because external collaboration is restricted” As the Admin nothing has been changed or updated to stop collaboration externally. What could be causing this?

After opening Box Drive, I am prompted with a window titled "Login to Box Drive" so I click Log In to open browser to complete login. I type my email address and it recognizes I have a Google Account so I select the Google Account and it processes then opens "Login to Box Drive" again. It's an endless loop preventing me from learning anything on the platform. Please help.

Not asking a question bc its been asked here a thousands times and no one ever answers. BOX is impossible to organize the folders. We are petitioning our university to stop using box, you all should do the same with your organizations.

We have a business plus plan that has unlimited storage and had no issue until today. It says it was updated today and now we only have 5.3TB. Please fix

Hi, I have purchased the Unlimited Business Plan and have been uploading a significant amount of work files. However, I am now receiving a message that says "storage limit reached." As I understand it, I have unlimited storage with this plan. I am uploading my data from a Synology NAS server, and it is currently showing "your public cloud quota reached." I experienced the same issue last month, which prevented me from uploading anything from both the site and the server. With the start of the new month, the issue persists. My uploading work is pending, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

All content removed upon deleting a user. I was not prompted to assign content to another user. Need instruction as to how to recover files. Additional information can be provided if needed.

So  Installed the box app, whenever I open it is shows folder empty, but when I try to open on website the files are all there. How can I fix this? Thank you!

When I move the "Box-Box-Backup" folder to the bin, after I confirm with my computer password permission. It will show "The operation can’t be completed because “Box-Box-Backup” needs to be downloaded."  By the way, I didn't remember how comes the "Box-Box-Backup" folder.

We are new to Box and our plan was to roll this out to users and we are stuck at the first stage on configuring the SSO and i want to disable and restart but unable to see any option to disable the sso. Not able to fund a document to complete the SSO with Azure 

I am using box web to organize project files and folders but they need to be sorted by name by default. However, Box arranges them by date, and there is no option to change the default sort by name. Can anyone help me if any work around or actual setting available somewhere ? Thanks

Since Box recently updated when I move a file the locations are now all sorted by “Date” (most recently used) rather than by “Name” (alphabetical) - I understand that I can click on “Name” to have the files sort alphabetically - is there any way to get the default sort back to alphabetic name?I have tried going to All Files, sorting by name, but no mater what I do the sort goes back to dateAny help is appreciatedThanks

I do not see watermark option from the more actions. And no active watermarking menu at Contet&Sharing section. Is there anyone who can help me out on this topic? Thanks!

Hi Box Admin Team,I’m reaching out for assistance with organizing my files in Box. Currently, I have a large number of shared documents and folders scattered across various locations, making it difficult to find what I need when I need it.I tried creating a personal folder to consolidate these files, but I keep receiving error messages. I suspect this is because the files are shared and I don't have the necessary permissions to move them. Since I cannot move these items directly, could you please advise on the best way to organize these scattered shared files for my own ease of use?Thank you for your help!
