How to get historical user activity from before upgrading to Business?

I upgraded from a personal account to Box Business. The User Activity report only shows events from the upgrade date onward. Is there a way to get login and file activity history from before the upgrade? Does Box Support provide historical exports on request?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re here to answer your questions regarding Box Reports, especially of that prior your Box upgrade! 

 

Individual Free and Personal Pro accounts do not have enterprise reporting or event auditing access. Consequently, events prior to upgrading to a business-level plan with reporting capabilities are not captured or available in reporting.
