I was told that I needed to submit a support ticket. I cannot figure out how to do this.

For future reference in order to submit a ticket, you can go to our Support Page, navigate to the ‘Account & Billing’ tab, and then click ‘Contact Support’. To view the available support channels based on your account type and to submit a case, you will need to sign in to the Support page.

How do I create a support ticket? I have a free account. 


How can I get help???? I have tried numerous times to get a ticket made to help with an account that would not let me open anymore.

Looks like ticket is made and no contact from BOX. No customer support number.

Regarding our customer support line, please note that currently we only offer phone support for Billing and Sales inquiries at 1-877-729-4269. For technical support, phone assistance is available to customers with Premier Services. All other technical issues are handled through support cases submitted via our website.

Wow- it’s pretty hard and hidden.  You have to click on Account & Billing at the top AND THEN submit ticket.  Took me about 20 minutes to find it.  


Thanks, I also found out I do not have any support on my account personally because it is through the payroll company that we have access to store things on box. They do not have time to deal with my stuff. So sad there is not a basic support ticket that can be made. I have to rely on this only. Unfortunately, I need their tech help to get back my folders so I guess I’m out of luck. Hope this works better for you.


How can it be so difficult to contact tech support? I go to Box Support, Submit a request, but it takes me back to the “Box Community”. I had a case open already, and the ticket was closed before being solved. This is beyond frustrating!

All Box users have access to a wide range of support resources available at support.box.com. While our technical support team is always available to assist with login issues, other types of technical support are included as part of our paid plans. We determine the level of support available based on the email address associated with your Box account. If you have a paid account linked to a different email address, please make sure to log in with that account when contacting support to access the full range of support options.


We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and sorry for any limitations.

 

Regarding the case you submitted, our Product Support team has already provided assistance with the login issue. If the issue persists and you need further help, you're welcome to reply to the same ticket to have it reopened.


Furthermore, support tickets are marked as resolved under the following conditions:
a) a solution has been provided by the Support team,
b) the issue was resolved by the customer, or
c) the case was automatically closed after a certain period of inactivity.


To review your support cases or requests, please visit the Support page, log in to Box, click on your profile, and select My Activities.
