I would like our users to be able to create their own personal folder for private use...similar to how Dropbox works. The “New” button is greyed out on our users. I would like to be sure that only they have access to their own personal folder they create.

There’s a global restriction that prevents your managed users from creating their personal folders, making the ‘new’ button unavailable to them.
To grant them access to create their personal folders, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to Box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Enterprise Settings> Content & Sharing tab.
- Scroll down to Content Creation section and un-check ‘Restrict Content Creation’
- Don’t forget to save to capture the changes.

Hi, I don’t see this option at all: ‘Restrict Content Creation
I see a checkbox that says something different: Only admins can create or delete first level folders. I don’t think I want to uncheck this box, yet I want users to be able to create their personal folders.
