I am sending in my PC for repair. How do I stop syncing and remove the Box folders without losing the data.

My company is a Japanese company based in Japan.Can we use Box Sign for e-signing NDA and an outsourced contract with an engineer who is based in the UK?

Hi! I am trying to see if it’s possible in the desktop version of Excel when saving back to Box, to tag their my team via the Microsoft directory in specific cells. Unfortunately Box doesn’t allow me to do this. Is there a workaround? TYIA!

I am saving documents from ShareFile to Box.com. I need to double check that the migration is catching everything. To that end, I want to check the file count for every folder. I don’t see that option in Box. Very frustrating. Any tips appreciated.

I’m using the Obsidian app to learn Mandarin, and it creates markdown files. I back it all up to Box.I came across a problem where I can’t create files with pinyin in the names. Mandarin has a lot of homophones, and I wanted to be able to organise them as they come up.As an example, take yi. It could be written yī, yí, yǐ, or yì, according to whichever tone it takes. However, I can’t create filenames using any of the variants with a tone as Box sees them all as ‘yi’, telling me I’ve already named a file this.I was hoping that someone, even if they aren’t using pinyin, might have needed to create names in languages that use diacritics of any other kind that might have generated this conflict.When I try it doesn’t change the tone mark over the word, but it does append my email address because there’s a naming conflict. If I put a third pinyin with another tone it does the same, but adds a 2 to the end of the email, and so on. This makes a mess within Obsidian.I don’t have any problem cre

Hi,In the office, we have three computers with Box Drive installed, and all folders are set to sync. However, some files are not syncing on one of the computers, while the other two computers sync the files and folders without any problems. When I check Box Drive, there are no error messages.I'm guessing the internet is not an issue here since the other two computers are syncing fine.I thought about logging out and logging back in to Box Drive, but I'm concerned about losing any unsynced files.Please help me resolve this issue.Thank you.

I am fairly new to Box. I would like to know how I can collaborate with Box?

My organisation recently migrated to Microsoft environment.We collaborate on documents with an organisation using box. Now I am trying to sign in to work in a document but it always redirects me to Google sign-in. I also changed my password, and tried using a new browser, incognito window etc. Nothing worked. I can’t access my account….

One of the most important 1st steps when starting out with Box is planning your folder structure. I have many customers that are setting up their Box environments to optimize department level service accounts and folders to hold organizational information. Hi all, I know many of our healthcare customers love Box for external collaboration for their research teams as Box is both a secure platform for PHI and has advanced collaboration permissioning.With classification labels, Box provides real-time user-facing alerts if someone accidentally tries to share a classified document with an external user, as opposed to other DLP tools that delete the content after it was already shared, and never notifying the user. Working with other universities on research is easy and secure, and integrations with tools Microsoft Office allow users to co-author in real time. I’ve also seen Box used in patient safety and quality departments as a PHI-approved repository for problem investigations and policy/procedure updates. RCAs, incident response proposals, and presentations can be edited and updated directly in Box with tasks and annotation, and then receive sign-off in Box with Box Sign.How else are healthcare organizations using Box?
