Box Sign AutoFill

Hi

 

I would like boxes to autofill with information Box already knows (like signatory name) when using Box sign. Currently I have to type this all in manually before sending for signature. This is a big sticking point for not moving away from another signature service as it really slows us down.

 

I see an article on how to do this in SalesForce but why not within Box?

Hi ​@Hattie, thank you for posting! I understand that manually entering details can take extra time.

 

At the moment, Box Sign does not have an auto‑fill option. However, you can create a template that includes the list of users you frequently send Box Sign requests to. Just be sure to separate each user’s email address with a semicolon and a space (for example: a@box.com; b@box.com; etc@box.com).


In addition, we have a batch send feature, which is available on the Box Enterprise Plus plan. This enables senders to send signature requests in bulk.
