I have subscribed to the Enterprise plan. Could you please let me know the upload limits per upload, specifically regarding the number of files, file size, number of folders, and folder size?

Thank you

👋 Dear @Motoharu.S, welcome to the Box Community! I moved your post to this related topic about upload.

Upload limit is based on the account type or the plan you’re subscribed to. With the Enterprise plan, you can upload files up to 50 GB, and this plan also provides unlimited storage.

While some plans provide unlimited storage, please note, however, that Box enforces preventative measures related to bandwidth limitations, as outlined in our Fair Use Policy. These measures are designed to prevent abuse and maintain the integrity of the Box Service for all users. Each individual or user is limited to a total of 1 TB of bandwidth per month.

Bandwidth refers to the amount of data transferred across the Box Service.

Your account uses Bandwidth when folders, files, and other data are downloaded, uploaded, migrated, previewed, moved on or off the Box Service or otherwise accessed in the Box Service. This includes without limitation the use of tools such as Box Shuttle and Box Drive and third party tools not provided by Box.

Box monitors Bandwidth for fair use purposes on an account basis and a shared link basis.

Hello. I would like to know exactly how many bytes is 250MB. Is it mebibytes (2^10) or megabytes (10^6)

👋 Welcome to the Box Community, @felipe1982! Great question. 💡

When it comes to file size, we are referring to megabytes (MB) in the metric system (i.e., 10^6). For the Free Individual plan, which provides 250 MB, that would be equal to 250,000,000 bytes.

Thanks, and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. 😊

For the Free Individual plan, which provides 250 MB, that would be equal to 250,000,000 bytes.

I thought I would update this thread to say that I have successfully uploaded 250 MiB mebibytes on the FREE plan. (262,144,000 bytes)
