I have a question regarding Box Drive behavior.I created the following folder structure:`Box/some/share-root/share`And assigned collaborators as follows:- User B is added to "share-root"- User C is added to "share"As a result, the folder paths in Box Drive differ for each user:- Me: Box/some/share-root/share- User B: Box/share-root/share- User C: Box/shareTo normalize these differences, I am considering using symbolic links (mklink) on the local machine.For example:- Me: C:\box\share -> Box/some/share-root/share- User B: C:\box\share -> Box/share-root/share- User C: C:\box\share -> Box/shareThis would allow all users to access the same logical path (C:\box\share).My questions are:- Is it safe to create and use symbolic links from a non-Box-managed local folder to a Box Drive folder?- Are there any impacts on sync and caching behavior?- Are there any concerns regarding performance or stability?- Is this setup supported or discouraged by Box?If anyone has experience with a simil
Is it possible to change Box drive from C to D?
I sent out a document requesting the other party to sign using an electronic signature. A total of seven people need to sign this document.Six of them have already completed their signatures, but one person encountered an error while signing. The error message is as follows:"An error occurred and we have been notified of the issue. Please come back later and try again. Sorry for the inconvenience."Others from the same company have all completed their signing; only this one account is having issues.We have tried pressing F5, switching browsers, and checking the internet connection. We have spent two days trying to resolve this problem, but it still cannot be fixed.May I ask what might be causing this? How can it be resolved?
Folders are appearing empty when they have content within the folders and sub-folders. Shared view links open but do not display content, though content can be downloaded.
Using Box sign to get pdfs signed by team members, the web app inbox shows number of requests in progress “Inbox (1)” however the iOS version does not show the same notification in the app inbox.Can anyone explain why that is or how to fix it?Much easier for mobile team members to sign document via mobile than on laptop.
I am trying to add a co-admin, however it fails with the message that co-admin roles must be part of an approved domain. Further when I try to add the domain in the domain administration setuo, I get an error message telling me to contact support. Can anyone help?

I know that Box scans every uploaded files for viruses. What happens when a virus is detected? As a developer, how am I notified of the issue?
I would like our users to be able to create their own personal folder for private use...similar to how Dropbox works. The “New” button is greyed out on our users. I would like to be sure that only they have access to their own personal folder they create.

Created a new user but they are not receiving the confirmation email.It was initially rejected because Box was provisioned through OKTA and Box account was created before 365 inbox was fully provisioned.Tried resending the email after email was fully provisioned and tested but it seems like it’s not being sent.Need help with this please.
How do I inform users who already have access to the folder that I created a document in this folder and want them to update it? I would rather not create a link - this is simply to let them know that the document is ready for them to start updating.... In this particular situations I had a power point document and an excel document - what is the best way to draw attention to the documents or to invite user who already have access to folder to collaborate on specific documents? Hi all. Wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I’m using MacOS Sequoia (Intel and M chip machines) When I select multiple files in a folder so I can move them to another folder, the “more options” menu disappears. Thus, I can’t move files in mass, I have to move them 1 at a time. I’ve tried on firefox, safari, duckduckgo, and chrome. Same problemon each browser. Anyone else with this issue? Assuming BOX needs to update their browser app. It’s a painn to move files one at a time. Let me know if you guys have experienced this. Thanks.
Is anyone else having a hard time with this new Box update? When I go to move documents to different folders, it doesnt tell me which folder my folder is in (if that makes sense - I have multiple folders with the same name within other folders) unless I click into it. And then when I eventually do find the correct folder, it doesnt list all of the sub-folders, only the first handful. So if the folder i’m looking for isn’t the first X amount, I can’t move it

Hello,2 things:I accidentally signed up for a yearly plan rather than a monthly plan - can I get help swapping this? We are just looking to POC that an approach works for us. I thought that the Monthly option was selected but I was wrong. I upgraded, but I am not able to add additional members - it says I am at 1/1 seats despite having upgraded. If I attempt to add a new member it suggests upcharging and adding more yearly seats.Thanks
For the past two weeks we have not been receiving email notifications form Box when tasks are assigned or completed. We checked with our email provider and no Box emails are being blocked or filtered.
Hello. I created my account via Google and now when I try to set a password, I get an error message telling me one cannot be set. I cannot access a folder shared with me unless I have a password that meets the sharer's standards. Please help. I'm stuck without being able to set a password.
Hello! Right now, any email notifications or reminders associated with a Sign request created from a ready-sign link come from my company email address. We'd like to be able to change this so that, for example, emails related to HR forms come from "humanresources@mydomain.com". Is this possible? Thank you!
