I currently have a Box Business Plus subscription.
When I tried to change the billing setting from monthly to annual in the admin console, the following error message appeared:
“An error occurred while processing your request. We were unable to process the request. Please make sure all fields are entered correctly and try again.”
The total number of users is 3, and all fields displayed on the screen appear to be filled in correctly. However, I cannot identify which field is causing the issue from the screen.
Could you please help me confirm the cause of this error?
