Box returning 403 (Forbidden error) when trying to download

I have used Box for a while with the same vendor, and had proper access to files. I never had issue downloading files. However, I now encounter a 403 error when attempting to download anything (even files I was able to download before with no issue)

 

I have contacted my IT department, set the correct permissions, deleted cookies and history, tried different browsers. There has been no success. Please help.
