I need to download about 350GB worth of files from box, but im getting: The selected item(s) exceed the download size limit.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    Are you downloading all 350GB at once? Please keep in mind that you can't download items beyond your download size limit. 

    • Free personal: 250 MB
    • Starter: 2 GB
    • Business: 5 GB
    • Business Plus: 15 GB
    • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
    • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

    Hi,

    Since yesterday, I have been receiving the following error whenever I try to download files from Box:
    "The selected item/s exceed the download size limit."

    In the past, I was able to download much larger folders without any issues. However, since yesterday, Box no longer allows me to do so.
    This does not appear to be related to a specific folder, as I am experiencing the same issue with different folders and file sets. It looks more like an administrative restriction or a change in the download limits applied to my account.
    Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?
