I need to create a support ticket concerning an email I received from box.

We are considering upgrading to a higher plan. We've noticed that the API keys in the free plan have a validity of one hour. Could you let us know the expiration time for API keys in the higher-tier plans?

A support case is required to investigate this issue. The "here" link brought me to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us. However, I don't see a way to create a support case. Please open a support case to resolve my issue.

I've just signed up for an account and followed the prompts to set my first password. But I'm getting an error banner when I try and set one that says "there was a problem changing your password". I've tried multiple different passwords with no luck. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm trying to add an external collaborator but Box automatically changes that person into a Member. There seem to be no problem with other external collaborators but this person in particular, even if I delete her as member and invite again as external collaborator it will still appear as member after she accesses box. Is there a way to set it up so it not automatically get an account created? Gets very confusing. Thank youNahuel

I want to delete old files/folders, but I do not have the Trash icon in my upper right tool bar, so cannot figure out how to delete files?

I received an invite to the box from someone outside the company, and when I follow the link in the email, I get the following error. Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.  We received the invitation email again, but the link did not resolve the error. Please let us know how we can access the collaboration folder.

I have a new user on our platform.  When she signs in it tells her that a verification email was sent, but she is not receiving it.  It is not in her junk, and all other emails from box appear to be delivered correctly.

"Email already used in a Box account but not associate with an enterprise" I have several seats that I am unable to add to our account and need help with getting this accomplished. Reviewed several post that have this issue but still unable to get it worked out.

We are unifying the accounts used as admins for various third parties including box. I cannot link the new account, or update the existing account.  "You cannot use an email address from an unverified domain as your secondary email address. Ask your admin to validate the domain you want to use or contact your Box support representative."

The owner of account has left our organization. Please assist in migrating ownership. I am currently an "Editor" on the account, and need to be setup as the new owner.

I'm not sure why my last post hasn't turned up here in the last hour. Is there somewhere else I should be looking. Wish I'd made a copy. I deleted a folder and lots of files from my C Drive, Box drive. I shouldn't have. I went to Box.com and they are not in the Bin. Why? I don't know. I am on Windows 11. The files are not in the Recycle Bin. I'd really appreciate some assistance.

I've checked the settings and also tested the notifications email but I am still not receiving notifications when someone uploads a file to a Box folder.
