Getting an error when trying to link a personal email

There was an error while trying to add *email* to your account.   I am trying to link a new personal email, but Box is giving me this error. The help article tells me to reach staff, but I am not sure how to do that.    Thanks.

SSO Azure

Hi, Upload your IdP's SSO metadata file. Click Submit. After the clicking Submit... nothing happen, no error, just a blank page https://cofomo.app.box.com/master/settings/user I do a refresh, and still the same, any help to fnish the setup to use SSO Azure with Box ?   Thank

新規申込をしたいが処理が通らない。/ I want to make a new application but the process is not going through.

新規申込をしたいのですが、 要求の処理中にエラーが発生しました。 お支払い情報を処理できませんでした。すべてのフィールドの入力内容が正しいことを再確認し、もう一度実行してください。サポートが必要な場合は、support.box.comを参照してください。 とメッセージが出てしまいます。 カードはVISAカードで、他のオンライン決済でも問題なく使えております。 また、全てを英語で記入した場合も同様に上記のエラーメッセージが出てしまいました。 ------ When I tried to make a new application, an error message below occurred while processing your request. "Payment information could not be processed. Please double check that all fields are filled in correctly and try again. If you need assistance, please visit support.box.com." Our company's card is VISA card, and valid in other online payments. I tried to register either in Japanese or in English, but all of them did not work.

Storage is full, but it isn't

Hi all, I deleted a ton of files from my Box account to clear up space for storage, but it never registered as clearing up space. It says I do not have storage space, but I should. Any suggestions?   Thanks!

Upgraded plan, now files won't back-up or show in folders

Three business days ago I upgraded my plan from a basic one to professional, now files still aren't backing up automatically, and when I link to folders, the files that are inside the folders are not shown.  This is how I operate my business. Now I can't send clients their projects.  Can someone please help reboot my cloud storage?

Box Drive

Box drive will not work on my computer.  Install fails and logs are sent, but rebooting the compuer does not allow my box to be accessed from my file explorer.  Anyone know who to fix this?  the problem is on my surface pro co-pilot.

Migration out of Box and account closure

Hi, I work for a JV company that has been using Box for a number of years, but we are now looking to close the Box account and migrate all contents to one of the JV companys own archive. There's around 3TB of data to migrate.   What's the best way of doing this please?

Need help to download the files from box folder which are 4/5 folder levels deep

Need help to download the files from box folder which are 4/5 folder levels deep.  When the files are under 4/5 level deep , file is not getting copied , as the folder name & file name combination becomes longer. Need help. Thanks!

Invited guest collaborators being turned into full members automatically

Hi,Recently we noticed that invited guest collaborators were being automatically turned into managed users and taking up seats. This appears to be a relatively new problem for us as there are guest users in our database with organisation domain email addresses on their accounts - they are not managed users. Is there a new setting or new enforcement in place? Anything we can do to stop this happening? We ideally would be able to add volunteer users as guest collaborators even if they are invited via their temporary organisation domain email address. Customized Roles

We would like to give our HR Manager the ability to create or delete users.  There is no role that allows for an admin with the permission to ONLY create or delete a user.  For concerns about privacy, we do not want the HR Manager to see all bsuiness documents in the system, which she would be able to do if she has an Admin Role to create and delete users at present settings. Please assist

Windows 11 on ARM Support

Now that Windows has launched its new AI PC with SnapdragonX Elite/Plus, Windows on ARM devices has become more prevalent than before. Yet, Box is still obsolete in supporting the future trend. Is ARM support being planned for release? As of now, I have no choice but to switch to OneDrive and convince people with whom I work to change their cloud storage to OneDrive because Box is unworkable. I used to prefer Box, but now I only use my work Box to store junk files.

Login Issue, MFA code not being sent and MFA app not working

I have a client that I have shared a folder with, however my client is unable to access the shared folder as he is blocked by a prompt for an MFA code. Client mentioned that there is no code that gets sent to his email and the MFA app does not work either. Is there any way to resolve this or possibly remove MFA for my client in order to log in?

PDF hyperlinks no longer working!

Hi Guys As above really. I'm running Android 14 on a Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra. I'm not sure if it's since the latest Box update on the 12th August or since my latest phone update, but when I try to click on the hyperlinks nothing happens. While the same files on my work iPhone, all the hyperlinks still work. Any ideas? Thanks

Can't access files.

After upgrading from the free plan to the Starter plan, I can no longer access almost all of my files except for the ones I used most recently. Hi, I'm trying to invite an external customer to collaborate, but he is saying the 2 steps authentication is only giving him the option to use the authentication app, not the sms option, what can I do to help him? I think I need initially to become an admin or co-admin. how can I do that?
