I uploaded a file, the file name had an existing file with same name already in the same folder I’m uploading to.Once the new file uploaded, the original file (with same name) disappeared.

My personal email address is currently linked to a different, old school-managed Box account that I no longer have access to. I'm an admin on the account and my coworkers are listed as members. My coworker tried to send an invite to an external client and received the message "Cannot send the invite because external collaboration is not allowed". He has sent external invites before. How can I resolve this issue?

I have already successfully implemented an approval process using Box Automate, and I am trying to create another process that integrates BoxSign into the process for the approved document. I used one of the templates that had a signature process in it and modified it to what I want to do, but every time I test the process, nothing happens. The Tracking feature either says “Our service is temporarily unavailable. Please try triggering workflow again.” or “We encountered an unexpected error and couldn’t complete this action. If this problem persists contact support.” I can’t tell if the issue is something on my end in how I set it up, or if the problem is Box.

I need to delete an external user but the system doesn't give me the option to delete this person. Deleting managed users is easy but external users not so much.
